An audio version of a 'Guide to a Happier Life'

                                                    – a useful source of questions & answers

that can support your mental health

                                                             and help you build resilience

Psst! Stop scrolling for a moment…

When was the last time you had to ask someone for help? Did you do it? If you did – well done for taking the courage. I guess, it wasn’t easy.

Unfortunately, most people don’t reach out for help thinking that doing so would be considered as a sign of their weakness or failure. As a result, more and more people are suffering silently from depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, migraines, chronic fatigue, burnout, PTSD, to name a few.

It all creeps in unnoticed, starts from losing the willingness to do the usual things, to enjoy life, to learn, to work, to talk to people, to think about the next day, to live… and one day, you feel washed-out; no positive emotions, only a dark cloud hanging over you. Hopelessness. Survival. Hell on earth.

The aim of this post is to raise awareness of the importance of practising our mental health hygiene and maintaining the sense of well-being every day.

Do not wait until it is too late. Start today, not tomorrow. Declutter your mind regularly, find time to process information, engage in healthy activities, seek connection with God, nature, pets, the community; you know best. Look around and try to recognise those who might be struggling right now.

Some people cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel, but they see us, me and you, and every interaction with them is an opportunity to get them out of the darkness, and to help them start living a happier life. A simple conversation, a good word, a kind gesture can be the one that will rekindle their hope.

If you do not feel qualified to offer such help, you are invited to take part in my educational webinars, masterclasses or professional training sessions where I discuss real-life examples and present actionable steps.

I also share practical, proven strategies, evidence-based intervention models, a range of therapeutic techniques rooted in neuroscience, neurolinguistics, cognitive educational science, psychotherapy, mindfulness, and much more.

You can even learn how to reframe your mind, overcome mental or emotional blocks, develop the mindset for change and success, build better relationships, be more grounded and self-confident, to live a happier life.

“I cannot thank you enough. You have saved my life. What you said really made me think.” – I have heard that many times from a client or a student (the benefits of my therapeutic teaching). “Thank God we can help others!” I thought then.

“A Guide to a Happier Life” (an audio version) was created during the pandemic and has been very popular with my clients since.

My workbook ‘”How to calm an anxious and angry mind” is an ideal resource for educators, teachers, students, parents, caregivers and young adults. Of course, there's more!
